Shipping Policies:
All orders are shipped via U.P.S. ground. Orders under $200.00 are shipped within 36 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). Those placing orders for over $200.00 will be notified by e-mail or telephone number (if provided) as to when shipment will occur (usually takes 2-3 working days).

In our strive for commitment and excellence, without hassle, we will fully refund the total purchased price on any returned orders up to 30 days after purchase. We also will refund any partial returns for the purchase value of the return.

How to make a return:
To make a return, please send unwanted items to Quick-Shelf Inc, 1353 Cheryl Dr. Arnold, MO 63010. Please include your name, return address, contact phone number, and indicate whether your original order was placed via check or charge card. Please include original order ID # if known.
